QED Legal seeks an experienced Fee Earner to join its Military Claims team, handling NIHL and related cases from inception to settlement. You will manage your own caseload and support clients through the litigation process, with flexible remote/hybrid options based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a litigated claimant or defendant caseload.
• Background in Military Claims, Industrial Disease, Personal Injury, Employer's Liability or Public Liability matters.
• Strong knowledge of the litigation process.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proactive and organised approach to case management.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of military claims and support clients through the litigation process.
• Progress files from inception through to settlement with high levels of client care.
• Handle NIHL and other military-related claims, adapting to experience level.
• Collaborate with a supportive team while developing expertise in military claims.
