Job summary

OneDome is seeking a New Build Mortgage & Protection Advisor (Self-Employed) based in the North West or North East of England. This role involves providing mortgage advice, especially within new builds, and building relationships with developers and clients. Brokers will benefit from market-leading paybacks and marketing support to foster business growth. Comfort in using CRM systems and a full CeMAP qualification are essential. Flexible working hours, including weekends, are expected to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience providing mortgage advice.
• Experience within new build mortgages preferred.
• Confident using CRM systems and mortgage sourcing software.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with local developers, site teams and regional stakeholders.
• Work weekends to support customer and developer demand.
