Job summary

Talogy is seeking a Software Engineer to develop features for our .NET-based applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile setting. The role emphasizes scalable web solutions, API design, and cloud familiarity, with a strong focus on code quality and testing.

We offer full-time employment with flexible hours around core office availability, and the position can be performed remotely with occasional travel for meetings and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in software engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with modern software development languages and front technologies, e.g. .NET / C#, React, Angular etc.
• Experience with designing and creating APIs is desirable.
• Experience with relational databases like MSSQL.
• Experience with non-relational databases like Azure Storage.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure desirable.
• Experience with Angular, .NET, GIT and JIRA desirable.
• Experience with microservices architecture and accessibility work (WCAG) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise class & scalable web based applications.
• Enhance and support existing web application functionality including new feature development and resolving complex code issues.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to build modern, scalable, user friendly applications in an agile environment.
• Participate in all aspects of SDLC including analysis, requirements, design, implementation, testing and support.
• Review feature requirements and maintain product knowledge documentation.
• Research and adopt new techniques and technologies to improve the platform.
• Focus on quality with strong unit testing.
