Job summary

Zest4Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced NDEA Level 3 & 4 Energy Assessor for a fully remote role based in the UK. You will handle Level 3/4 commercial EPCs, conduct data collection and site surveys where needed, and prepare detailed reports for clients across the UK.

Qualifications

• NDEA Level 3 & 4 accreditation.
• Experience producing commercial EPCs.
• Strong knowledge of commercial energy assessment and current legislation.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience using IES VE would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce Level 3 & 4 Commercial EPCs for a range of commercial properties.
• Undertake site surveys and data collection as required.
• Prepare high-quality EPC reports and advise on energy improvements.
• Manage own workload and deliver projects to timelines.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to maintain excellent service.
• Support wider energy consultancy projects as needed.
