Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Remote MSK Physiotherapist to deliver telephone-based assessments and triage for insurance members and corporate customers. The role involves flexible shifts, some weekend work, and remote duties with occasional attendance at Salford Quays or other Bupa centres.

You will support self-management and appropriate referrals within the service. The position offers a 37.5-hour week with a minimum 22.5 hours and requires one weekend every 4 weeks, with the service operating 8am-8pm.

Qualifications

• 2 years UK post qualification experience.
• Band 6/7 MSK physiotherapist experience.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telephone assessment via video and audio.
• Provide diagnosis and self-management guidance with onward referral as needed.
• Monitor and follow up complex or red-flag cases with Clinical Lead.
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate advice.
• Manage patient pathways for appropriate clinical outcomes at best cost.
