SRVO Valuations & Surveys is seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join the Survey and Professional Services team, delivering high quality valuation and professional survey work for major UK lenders and private clients. This is a home-based role offering autonomy within a supported environment, with central diary coordination for inspections.

The role focuses on lender valuations, Red Book valuations for probate, taxation and matrimonial purposes, and Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys where

Formación

• MRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer.
• Residential valuation experience for UK banks and building societies.
• Strong knowledge of building pathology and lender expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake valuation and survey work in accordance with lender and RICS standards.
• Deliver accurate, robust reports within agreed SLAs.
• Follow Red Book requirements and relevant lender guidance.
• Maintain CPD in line with regulatory obligations.
• Attend prebooked inspections and travel to inspections as required.
