Job summary

SRVO Valuations & Surveys is seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join our Survey and Professional Services team, delivering high quality valuation and professional survey work for major UK lenders and private clients. This is a home based role with autonomous work and central diary support.

You will handle lender valuations, Red Book valuations for probate, taxation and matrimonial purposes, and where appropriate Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys.

Qualifications

• Is MRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer.
• Strong knowledge of building pathology and lender expectations.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with lenders and private clients.
• Self motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Takes pride in delivering technically robust, defensible reports.

Responsibilities

• Undertake valuation and survey work in accordance with lender and RICS standards.
• Deliver accurate, robust reports within agreed SLAs.
• Follow specific lender guidance and Red Book requirements.
• Maintain CPD in line with RICS regulatory obligations.
• Keep up to date with market and regulatory developments.
• Adhere to Quality Assurance, Health & Safety and internal compliance procedures.
