Job summary

Social Movement Technologies, a 100% remote NGO support group, seeks a Movement Support Coordinator & Coach to lead Europe/UK campaigns and training initiatives for justice movements.

Based anywhere in Europe or the UK, you will provide campaign strategy and implementation support, build networks, develop online trainings, recruit instructors, and help SMT adapt tools to diverse continental contexts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and writing is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years in campaigning with digital components.
• Experience coaching and training team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
• Entrepreneurial and leadership mindset with commitment to justice movements.

Responsibilities

• Provide campaign strategy and implementation support for partner groups.
• Build and maintain networks across Europe.
• Develop online training to meet movement needs.
• Assemble instructor team and lead outreach.
• Stay current with digital tools and adapt to regional contexts.
