MORTGAGE CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISOR

100% REMOTE WORKING (UK ONLY) • START DATE - 26TH JAN 2026 • £25,000 + BONUS • 25 DAYS HOLIDAY, PLUS FANTASTIC BENEFITS PACKAGE • ALL EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers who have queries on their Mortgage account and provide them with positive solutions to their problems, whilst adhering to regulations & legislation.
  • Your working day will be spent on the telephone to customers alongside a small amount of Administration.
  • From 26th Jan 2026, join the client as a confident, empathetic and experienced Customer Service Agent in a high-volume call centre environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • High-volume, 100% telephone-based, Customer Service experience (B2C)
  • Experience working in an FCA regulated environment
  • Must be able to say "YES" to having both of the above to apply

Our client is a very successful Mortgage lender that has grown significantly in the last 5 years. They offer a different style to lending and aim to help everyone own their own property. This role requires a candidate with Financial Services experience and a background in high-volume customer service.
