Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Remote Mortgage Advisor to guide customers in choosing mortgage options, with warm leads and full admin support.

The role offers a base salary of £29,000 plus guaranteed payment, a company car or £2,500 car allowance, and uncapped earnings up to £55,000+ with travel to the Rochester area monthly. 5 days a week; must live within 1 hour drive of Rochester.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full driving license.
• CEMAP qualification or equivalent is required.
• Hold current CAS status.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide customers with expert mortgage advice and tailored solutions.
• Promote insurance products to add value to the customer journey.
• Exceed targets and drive business growth, turning opportunities into results.
• Build strong relationships and maximise new business and referrals.
• Proactively contacting new prospects for new business.
• Maintain compliance with FCA guidelines.
