Salary starts at £29,000 plus guaranteed payment for a fixed period, with a company car or £2,500 car allowance. Realistic earnings of £55,000 with uncapped commission and a structured career path are offered.

• CEMAP qualification or equivalent required.
• Current CAS status.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with expert mortgage advice and tailored solutions.

• Exceed targets and drive business growth with proactive outreach.
