Capricorn Financial Mortgages is seeking a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Adviser to join its growing team on a self-employed basis. The role focuses on converting client opportunities through an established introducer network, offering uncapped commissions and strong support.

You'll benefit from remote working with occasional travel to the Newmarket office and Cambridgeshire introducers, backed by technology, case management, and regulatory support to help you earn more while advising clients.

• CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisers who are commercially ambitious, confident converting client opportunities and motivated to take greater ownership of their earnings.
