AR Recruitment in Perth, Scotland, is seeking a Mortgage Adviser to join an established financial services firm with a strong inbound client pipeline from a major land developer.

The role offers a base salary up to £30,000 with substantial earning potential through commissions, plus pension, health options and formal training tracks. Flexible working across office, hybrid or remote is available.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or FCA-recognised equivalent
• CAS status with compliant history
• Experience delivering regulated mortgage advice, especially for new-build purchases
• Ability to map protection products to client needs

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant mortgage and protection advice for new-build and residential purchases
• Manage full mortgage application life cycle from qualification to completion
• Cultivate relationships with property developers and site introducers
• Promote protection insurance alongside mortgage lending solutions
• Maintain accurate client communications in line with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with back-office teams to ensure fast turnaround for clients
