Job summary

trg. is seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer to join a fast-growing tech team in London with remote options. You will build models used by major brands, training and evaluating in PyTorch, and collaborating with product and engineering to deploy solutions that deliver real value.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of ML experience, strong Python and PyTorch skills, and familiarity with NLP, CV or multimodal data. Expect a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on ML experience.
• Solid experience with PyTorch.
• Strong Python, NumPy, pandas and scikit-learn.
• Experience with at least one data type: text, images, video or tabular.
• Good Git, experiment tracking and reproducibility habits.
• NLP, computer vision or multimodal experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, train and evaluate models in PyTorch to solve prediction problems.
• Work with text, image and video data, using ML and DL techniques.
• Prepare datasets and feature pipelines for models.
• Run rigorous experiments and iterate towards better results.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to turn model outputs into value.
• Package and document models for deployment.
