EVERSANA is seeking a Medical Communications professional for a home-based role across Europe, including the UK. The position involves call center support, adverse event intake, and medical writing, with eligibility to work in the EU or UK. US business hours, 9-hour shifts between 2pm and 2am CET, Mon-Fri.

Key duties include translating, handling drug information inquiries, and coordinating with QA and Regulatory teams. A clinical background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Life Sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent.
• Strong clinical background and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• English C1 level is obligatory; native Italian language essential.
• Strong translation skills.

Aufgaben

• Translate English documents to target language and respond by phone or writing.
• Respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Identify adverse events and report in compliance with SOPs.
• Utilise writing skills for adverse event and medical inquiry responses.
• Coordinate quality-related complaint processes with QA/Regulatory teams.
• Utilise medical information to review literature and develop information for professionals.
• Support market research, system development and training projects.
• Medical Writing tasks as required.
• On-call responsibilities as assigned.
• All other duties as assigned.
