Qualifications

- Proven experience in cellular therapies and stem cell donation processes.
- Solid understanding of donor matching challenges and conditions treatable by stem cell transplantation.
Responsibilities
- Assess donor medical suitability and make independent clinical decisions.
- Review laboratory results and advise the team on next steps.
- Communicate positive or abnormal test results to donors.
Skills
Medical qualification with full GMC registration
Experience in human histocompatibility
Understanding of stem cell transplantation
Knowledge of HLA antigens
Familiarity with transplant centres operations
Education
