Engagement: Independent contractor. You will analyze campaigns, develop strategies, create reference solutions, and provide measurable deliverables and evaluations. You’ll use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Semrush, and Excel, with strong written English

• Proven experience in growth or performance marketing with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate business goals into data-driven plans.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Experience owning campaigns or projects with measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools listed above.

• Design realistic marketing tasks with clear objectives, relevant data, and measurable deliverables.
• Create reference solutions, including campaign plans, market analyses, performance reports, and marketing assets.
• Develop evaluation criteria to assess strategic reasoning, analytical accuracy, execution quality, and alignment with business objectives.
• Review AI-generated work to identify unsupported claims, calculation errors, weak recommendations, and gaps in execution.
• Collaborate with reviewers to refine tasks and ensure consistent quality.
