• Proven maritime professional experience with supervisory/managerial responsibilities.

• Conduct oral examinations for Certificates of Competency and Certificates of Equivalent Competency.
• Ensure compliance with STCW conventions and UK vessel standards.
• Provide guidance to industry and the public per MCA policies.
