Job summary

KBS Corporate, part of K3 Advisory Group, is seeking a Research Administrator to support our M&A research function. The role is predominantly based from home with travel to our Bolton headquarters for team events and meetings.

You will manage a high-traffic inbox, register new acquisition interests, perform data entry in our CRM, liaise with parties regarding funding capability, and handle confidential documents for potential acquirers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail is required as you will be handling confidential information.
• Excellent time and resource management skills to be utilised in a deadline-orientated environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, particularly written.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing a high-traffic inbox.
• Registering new interest in acquisition opportunities and communicating this interest across the business.
• Data entry via our in-house CRM system.
• Liaising with interested parties to obtain information regarding funding capability.
• Communicating with our clients regarding interest received for their businesses and releasing confidential documents to potential acquirers.
