Job summary

KBS Corporate, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is seeking an M&A Analyst to support Corporate Deal Executives in managing client portfolios, attending meetings with clients and potential acquirers, and delivering excellent service throughout the process. The role offers full-time, office-based work at our Bolton head office with future hybrid options after training.

A degree in business/finance is desirable, and success will be rewarded with progression opportunities, incentives and a pension

Qualifications

• A degree in business, management, administration, or finance related subjects is desirable.
• Training will be provided on joining us.
• Ability to hit the ground running and contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Deal Executives managing a portfolio of clients.
• Facilitate and attend meetings with clients and potential acquirers.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Build relationships with clients, trade acquirers and investors.
• Analyse financial information and negotiate offers.
