Responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery calls with owners exploring a sale, recapitalization, or liquidity event.
• Identify drivers, objectives, urgency and barriers to engagement.
• Build a persuasive case for professional sell-side representation and set expectations.
• Handle objections with sound judgment and professionalism.
• Own follow-up cadence, proposals and engagement-letter completion.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts and opportunity stages.
• Brief senior bankers before transitioning new clients.
