You will develop best-practice documents, evaluate current workflows, and provide clear feedback. Candidates should have 3+ years in logistics, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Strong understanding of global logistics workflows and documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Detail-oriented with ability to identify process improvements in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and input on logistics documents for authenticity and accuracy.
• Develop annotated sample documents highlighting best practices in logistics.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements to current supply chain workflows based on real-world experience.
• Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios focusing on document structure and processes.
