Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Solutions Designer to join our team. You will design innovative supply chain solutions for warehousing and VAS, supporting new opportunities and existing customers with scalable, efficient designs.

You will analyse data using Excel/Power BI, create process flows, select equipment, and model costs. You will manage deliverables and engage stakeholders to drive successful outcomes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or operations planning is desirable.
• Proficient in Excel; Power BI experience preferred.
• Able to model data, extrapolate insights and derive solutions.
• Ability to breakdown processes and drive efficiency improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end manual and mechanised operational solutions.
• Cover data analysis, process flow creation, equipment selection, and layout design.
• Model resources and costs; support both new business and existing customers.
• Manage deliverables, risks, issues and mitigations; track critical paths.
• Engage customers, influence stakeholders and communicate progress.
