Sedgwick is seeking a Liability Litigation Claims Examiner to analyze GL, Auto, BI, and Premises Liability claims for clients nationwide. You will determine benefits due, adjudicate claims, and negotiate settlements within authority while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent, with 3 years of litigation experience.
• Licensing: Home State License required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze GL, Auto, BI, and Premises Liability Litigation claims to determine benefits due.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carrier and respond to directions professionally and promptly.
