Talent Network Partners Ltd is recruiting a Legal Costs Draftsman for a fully remote role serving clients across the UK. You will draft detailed bills of costs, prepare budgets and statements, and negotiate settlements within both contentious and non-contentious matters.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in legal costs drafting, with proficiency in costs drafting software and case management systems, and a strong eye for detail and autonomous workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal costs drafting.
• Strong understanding of costs drafting processes and relevant legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Draft detailed and accurate bills of costs.
