Job summary
Sanderson is recruiting a Lead Software Engineer for a consultancy role based in the South West. You will design and develop high quality software, lead engineering teams, and drive architecture for scalable, secure services.
Expect hands-on work with Java, Spring Boot, Python and microservices across cloud platforms, with AWS/Azure/GCP exposure and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. The role requires strong Agile, TDD and DevOps practices, plus a track record of delivering
Qualifications
- Hands on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python and Microservices.
- Strong proficiency across multiple programming languages.
- Experience with Agile, TDD and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IaC.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams to success.
- Expertise in scalable and secure software architectures.
