Job summary

Thermatic Group in the UK is seeking a full-time Team Leader Lining / Patch Lining Drainage Engineer. The role is fully remote and involves attending client sites across the North West, North Wales and the Midlands when required, with a full UK driving licence.

You will lead drainage rehabilitation projects, use patch lining and full-length lining techniques, operate camera and cutting equipment, and support health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ drainage experience in rehabilitation works.
• Working knowledge of drainage systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations.

Responsibilities

• Work on commercial and industrial sites carrying out rehabilitation works on drainage systems.
• Provide accurate timesheet information within designated timeframes.
• Support drainage and contract teams with meeting SLAs by attending client premises on time.
• Maintain positive client relationships through on-site interactions with representatives and customers.
• Escalate major site issues via the appropriate channel within acceptable timeframes.
