Job summary

Prima in London is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join our Engineering team. You will contribute to core systems, build data pipelines, and participate in the full development lifecycle across ML-driven services and scalable microservices.

We value curiosity, quick learners, and the ability to break down problems. You’ll work with Python and ML packages, collaborate with a large team, and enjoy flexible work arrangements including home, office, or a mix.

Qualifications

• Ability to break down problems, learn quickly, and test different approaches.
• Programming foundations. Clean, maintainable code preferred.
• Curiosity for data, software and ML through coursework or projects.
• Interest in building end-to-end data systems from ingest to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of Prima’s core systems, including ML-driven services and scalable microservices.
• Design and maintain data pipelines for ingest, transform and serve high quality data.
• Participate in the full engineering lifecycle from data exploration to deployment and monitoring.
• Learn continuously by experimenting and sharing ideas with teammates.
