Job Description:

This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the entertainment industry and eager to learn and grow within the field of marketing. The Junior Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team with various tasks, including social media management, content creation, and market research.

What Will You Be Doing?

  1. Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
  2. Help manage the agency's social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
  3. Contribute to content creation, including writing blog posts, press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the entertainment industry.
  5. Maintain corporate clients’ diaries and ensure all information is up to date at all times.
  6. Save contracts and file documents.
  7. Chase outstanding contracts and invoices.
  8. Keep on top of outstanding payments, expenses, and other financial information.
  9. Update the corporate database system and alert agents to any contracting/invoicing issues that arise.
  10. Update agents on corporate clients’ broadcast/theatre and commercial activity.

What Will You Bring?

  1. 1+ year of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within the media and entertainment industry.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
