Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage changes throughout the lifecycle of Network Products.
• Analyze console messages, diagnose system failures, and take corrective action.
• Supervise system backup processing and lead disaster recovery tests.
• Ensure operational continuity and system reliability by managing ITIL support processes.
