Main duties of the job

This role will include regular visits to our HMP and secondary care services in the North East. There will also be occasional travel to High Wycombe to assist with kit builds/deliveries and kit disposals. Additionally, support cover and project tasks will be required at our Secondary Care and HMP sites in other parts of the South and North of England.

  • Conduct on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of hardware components and software issues in a prison environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware incidents, solutions, and preventive measures.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to clients and stakeholders regarding issue resolution progress.
  • Adhere to security protocols and regulations governing correctional facilities.

  • Enhanced DBS and prison vetting, which we will facilitate.
  • Flexibility to work within a prison environment and adhere to strict security measures.
  • Occasional travel as needed.
