Viator, a Tripadvisor company, is hiring a Remote Software Engineer II - iOS. You will work on the Viator app, collaborating with product and design across regions. The role embraces a remote-first model with periodic in-person gatherings near Oxford or London, and offers a fast-paced environment delivering features daily.

You’ll contribute to a modular Swift/SwiftUI stack with GraphQL, and own features from design to deployment while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience developing an iOS app and familiarity with mobile web and back-end technologies.
• At least 3 years of commercial software development with UI experience.
• Experience with reactive programming in native mobile platforms.
• Willingness to take on new technologies and strong problem-solving skills.
• High quality verbal and written communication and ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Code primarily for iOS, touching code across the stack including potential backend work.
• Collaborate with Product and design to define feature specs and deliverables.
• Own design, implementation, QA and maintenance of software features.
• Work with engineering groups around the world to ship features.
