Viator is seeking a Remote Software Engineer II (iOS) to join the Viator Traveller Engineering team. You will contribute to the iOS app, collaborate with product and design teams, and work across engineering groups worldwide in a remote-first environment with periodic in-person gatherings at offices in the UK.

Required experience includes iOS development, Swift/SwiftUI, and comfort with back-end technologies; strong communication and ownership are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial software development.
• Experience with iOS app development.
• Experience with reactive programming in native mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Code: write high-quality mobile code for iOS applications.
• Touch code at all levels; opportunities to work on backend microservices.
• Collaborate with Product and design teams to define feature specs and deliverables.
• Take responsibility for all aspects of software engineering from design to maintenance.
• Work with engineering groups across locations.
