Brewer Morris is seeking an experienced personal and partnership tax senior manager for a 100% remote interim assignment. You will own partnership tax compliance, provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders and support tax strategy initiatives in a fast-paced professional services environment.

The role targets a highly capable contractor with strong UK partnership tax experience and ability to manage multiple priorities independently while delivering commercial tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CTA/ATT/ACCA or equivalent.
• Strong UK partnership tax experience.
• Experience advising partnerships, LLPs or professional services firms.
• Ability to interpret complex tax legislation and provide commercial advice.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a contract environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee partnership tax compliance processes with timely filings.
• Provide technical advice on partnership taxation and allocations.
• Support preparation and review of partnership tax returns and partner statements.
• Advise on admissions, retirements and changes in ownership structures.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and business teams for tax guidance.
• Assist with tax risk management, governance and compliance initiatives.
• Respond to HMRC enquiries and support authority interactions.
• Review processes and identify efficiency improvements.
• Support ad hoc advisory projects and transactions.
