Job summary

Dotdigital is seeking a Security Analyst to join the Information Security & Privacy team in a fully remote capacity. The role supports security controls across cloud, SaaS platforms and customer-facing apps, reporting to the Director of Information Security & Privacy.

You will work with Engineering, Privacy and customer-facing teams to protect people, products and data. Ideal candidates have hands-on security operations, vulnerability management, and cloud security experience, with knowledge of

Qualifications

• Experience in a Security Analyst or equivalent role with security responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate security alerts across tools, cloud, and applications.
• Support incident response including detection, containment, and recovery.
• Develop and improve monitoring, alerting and runbooks.
• Assist with threat hunting and risk identification.
• Maintain awareness of emerging threats relevant to SaaS businesses.
• Own day-to-day vulnerability management across infrastructure, cloud, apps, and endpoints.
• Coordinate remediation with technology teams and track progress.
• Support cloud security controls and identity governance.
• Work with engineering to secure SDLC, perform SAST/DAST tests.
• Contribute to ISMS operations, audits and policy maintenance.
• Coordinate security reviews of vendors and third-party services.
• Produce security metrics and dashboards, promote security awareness.
