LCM Environmental Group is seeking an Industrial Sprayer Supervisor to lead and support on-site teams across various industrial environments. This hands-on leadership role combines active delivery with supervision, site coordination, and strict adherence to safety and client requirements.

You will develop RAMS, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with SHEQ standards while coordinating daily activities and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial services and supervision.
• Strong safety knowledge and compliance.
• IT literacy and comfort with reporting systems.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate industrial operatives on-site.
• Act as primary point of contact for site teams, contractors and clients.
• Ensure safe, efficient delivery and adherence to standards.
• Coach and develop team members; identify training needs.
• Promote a strong safety-first culture and onboarding of new starters.
• Develop RAMS and perform dynamic risk assessments; ensure compliance.
