Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS aligned with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, perform root cause analysis.
• Design and deploy CAPA to resolve quality issues.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce scrap and rework.
• Deliver training on quality principles and procedures.
• Conduct internal quality audits and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams.
