Experience Level: Minimum 2+ years experience in investments and trading

Responsibilities

• Execute trades in a sub-account within Maverick Trading.
• Create and implement effective trading strategies.
• Participate in meetings, courses, and coaching to improve your trading skills.
• Stay informed about market trends, news, and technological developments.
• Manage risk diligently and maintain trading discipline.

Requirements

• Passion for trading and a strong desire to learn and succeed.
• At least 2 years of experience in trading or investment management.
• Basic understanding of financial markets.
• Exceptional decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Java is a plus but not required.
• Earn a performance bonus of $7 for every initial $7 profit for the firm.
• Opportunity to receive higher capital levels for outstanding performance and risk management.
• Retain 70-80% of all profits generated.
