Responsibilities

• Establish contact with clients and gather information for suitable advice.
• Analyse client information to offer appropriate recommendations.
• Present advice, including charges, fees and disadvantages.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and adhere to processes.
• Maintain client records and develop relationships with clients and providers.
