Job summary

Eden Rose is seeking an Independent Financial Adviser to take over and nurture an existing client bank in the Henley/Marlow area. The role requires Level 4 Diploma + CAS and involves field-based, remote work with local client meetings.

Base salary £50,000–£60,000 plus an approximate 30% bonus, and immediate client allocation to start. You will work with a senior adviser, handling ISAs, pensions, bonds, retirement planning and IHT while gradually assuming a larger, long-term succession plan as

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma + CAS required.
• Experience in managing an HNW client bank.
• Willingness to travel to client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing HNW client bank.
• Conduct annual reviews and ensure ongoing advice obligations.
• Meet clients across Henley, Marlow, Reading and surrounding areas.
• Provide clear, simple client-friendly financial advice.
• Work with senior adviser for mentoring.
