Job summary

NCFE is seeking an Independent End Point Assessor (IEPA) with experience in Facilities Management to support Level 2 Facilities Services Operative apprentices. This remote-friendly flexible role involves delivering EPA, assessing learners, and providing expert feedback.

You will use established EPA platforms, contribute to QA activities, and collaborate with training providers and employers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Recognised Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent) or working towards.
• Experience in Facilities Management/Facilities Services or related environments.
• Ability to travel for face-to-face assessments when required.
• Experience producing clear and accurate reports.
• Proficient IT skills using platforms such as Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver End Point Assessments (EPA) in line with Level 2 Facilities Services Operative standard.
• Assess apprentices using observation, discussions and evidence review.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and grading decisions.
• Use EPA platforms to manage and record assessment activity.
• Participate in standardisation and quality assurance activities.
• Engage with training providers, employers and apprentices.
