TSR Legal is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its well-established family team in the West Midlands. The role offers flexibility around how and where you work, with remote and hybrid options and a supportive environment for developing your career while maintaining autonomy.

You will handle a varied privately funded caseload including divorce, finances and private children matters, with access to experienced colleagues and paralegal support to focus on client care and legal work.

Formación

• Solid experience across private family work
• Experience handling a mixed private family caseload
• Experience across divorce, finances and private children matters
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload with autonomy
• Proactive and personable approach

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied private family caseload including divorce, financial remedies and private children matters
• Handle matters such as cohabitation agreements, injunctions, and pre/post-nuptial agreements
• Develop caseload in line with experience, interests and career goals
