Resolution is seeking a dedicated Solicitor to join its Family Law team in a role focusing on private and Legal Aid cases. You will manage a diverse caseload, provide legal representation from consult to court, and support departmental growth through excellent client care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Family Law.
• Essential experience in domestic abuse and children matters.
• Ability to independently manage your own caseload with strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress a caseload of Family Law matters, including private and Legal Aid cases.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation from initial consultation through to court proceedings.
• Attend and represent clients at court, providing advocacy where required.
• Undertake work in additional areas of family law, including divorce, financial remedy matters, and care proceedings.
• Participate in marketing and community engagement activities to promote the firm’s services.
