Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their travel plans, accommodation needs, and budgets.
  • Recommend hotel and resort options that match client expectations and create detailed booking proposals.
  • Manage hotel reservations, confirmations, and any adjustments or special requests.
  • Build strong relationships with hospitality partners to secure favorable arrangements for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions in our systems.
  • Stay current on destination trends, hotel amenities, and seasonal packages to assist clients better.
  • Provide responsive, professional support throughout the booking process to ensure high client satisfaction.
Requirements

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.
