FIND is recruiting a Health & Social Care Apprenticeship Tutor to deliver training to learners in the Health & Social care sector. You will work from home with some travel across the Yorkshire area to visit apprentices in their workplace setting.

Qualifications

• Strong Occupational Competency or qualifications within Health and social care (Essential).
• Full UK driving license (Essential).
• A recognised Teaching Qualification e.g. PTLLS, Certificate in Education, D32/33, A1, CAVA or equivalent (Essential).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver teaching, learning and assessment to engage learners.
• Act as subject matter expert, advising learners through their qualification and beyond.
• Accountable for learner achievement, tracking progress and completing action plans.
• Build trusted relationships with learners and provide CIAG, welfare and pastoral support.
