Job summary

Principal People is recruiting for an entry-level Health and Safety Consultant to join a leading consultancy. You will support the delivery of H&S services across fashion and retail clients and work with senior consultants to grow in your career.

Role offers home-working autonomy with travel to client sites across the UK, including some international opportunities. Starting salary up to £37,500 with development potential as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Recognised Health and Safety qualification or actively working towards it.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel UK-wide.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites three to four days per week, mainly in London and South-East, with some UK travel.
• Carry out general risk assessments at retail sites and assist with Fire, PUWER and COSHH assessments.
• Conduct site audits, inspections and use established risk management templates.
• Support clients in Health and Safety management system implementations.
• Assist with advising, coaching and training of client staff.
