Alignerr is hiring a Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) to support AI systems in understanding healthcare data. This remote hourly contract offers flexible scheduling, 10–40 hours per week, and work on real-world health informatics challenges.

You will apply domain knowledge of EHRs, clinical workflows, and health data standards to ensure outputs are accurate and clinically valid, with feedback that informs model improvement.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, trend analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of clinical and administrative workflows in healthcare.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly in writing.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content and outputs for accuracy.
• Identify errors or gaps in AI responses using EHR knowledge.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI health informatics understanding.
• Review AI dashboards, reports, and clinical summaries against best practices.
• Work asynchronously on task-based assignments.
