Initiate is seeking an experienced Healthcare Economics and Outcomes Research Consultant to lead cost-effectiveness and budget impact modelling for health technologies. You will engage directly with pharmaceutical clients and healthcare organisations, guiding analyses, interpretations, and strategic health economic advice across markets.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in health economic modelling and outcomes research.
• Strong understanding of international health systems and HTA processes.
• Expertise in cost-effectiveness and budget impact modelling methodologies.
• Experience with healthcare data analysis and clinical trial interpretation.
• Proficiency in statistical software and modelling platforms.
• Excellent project management and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and QA of cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
• Analyse healthcare and trial data with advanced statistical methods.
• Interpret study results and plan statistical analyses.
• Lead model conceptualisation, development, validation and troubleshooting.
• Adapt economic models to local market requirements.
• Review model inputs and assumptions for robustness.
• Support client-facing discussions with economic insights.
