Job summary

PAIRES in the United Kingdom (fully remote) seeks a Head of Content to turn founder interviews, transcripts and material into weekly articles, posts, newsletters and video. You will own the content calendar, write and edit, and define the voice for every asset across our site and social channels.

Working with a brand and design team, you’ll shape angles, ensure timely delivery, edit clips, and apply AI tools to boost quality.

Qualifications

• Has run content for a named brand or publication on a weekly cadence with measurable results.
• Writes to a high standard in a restrained register and can turn transcripts into finished articles quickly.
• Edits short-form video or demonstrates clips cut from longer recordings.
• Sees compelling stories in raw material others might skip.
• Collaborates with designers or brand leads on look and voice without losing pace.
• Uses AI tools daily with good judgement on when they help or harm quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the content calendar: what ships weekly, on which channel, and in which voice.
• Write and edit articles, posts and newsletters, authored now or edited to publishable standard.
• Curate and transform our interview library into clips, quotes and stories.
• Maintain a steady weekly cadence and track engagement from founders and investors.
