Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Governance, Risk, and Compliance Automation Specialist to help scale third-party risk across platforms and build automated workflows that reduce friction while maintaining strong controls.

You will partner with Legal, Procurement, and Privacy to document risks, implement security reviews, and drive automation using tools like Zip and Vanta, shaping our global vendor risk program.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of governance, risk, and compliance experience.
• Experience implementing or maintaining vendor-risk programs.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into business risk terms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Manager and Sr. Director of Platform Security and Compliance to report on program, third-party, and technical risk to Information Security leadership.
• Drive automation and efficiency in the TPRM program using third-parties and native solutions to scale security reviews.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, and Privacy to document and mitigate vendor risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Embed Samsara’s principles and scale the program globally across new offices.
